Summary:A chronological summary of racial and civil disorder in St. Augustine, Florida, from Feb., 1963 through Nov., 1964. The text is based upon the results of interviews with all St. Augustine public officials and 30 or more "knowledgeable" individuals, examination of all police and arrest records and transcripts of testimony from some U.S. District Court cases in Jacksonville. The Committee's conclusions and recommendations are presented. Many documents cited in the report are given in full in the 25 appendices.
